We met her at an open house over 34 years ago before we got married. A month or so later we wanted to seriously tart looking for our first home. Out of all the agents we had come across at various open houses we liked Kathleen's style the best. We contacted Kathleen and are so glad we did. We bought our first home with her. Two years later we sold and bought another home. Three years later we sold and bought again with her. Now 29 years later we sold that home for the 6th transaction with Kathleen. She is the best the best at communicating promptly and wisely the best at fine details of paperwork the best at coordinating with other professionals for prepping and preparing the home for sale the best at advising what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done according to the current market etc. If we could rate her higher than Very Satisfied we would. We have now purchased a new-build out of the area so we won't be using Kathleen anymore but will still refer friends and family in the old area to use Kathleen. Kathleen was there with us every step of the way and for that we thank her!

They are simply the best. They will do whatever is necessary in order to satisfy all parties at hand. For this purchase the seller was very stubborn and outdated in their approach but Kathleen was always smiles and helped them as much as possible in order to make all parties lives easier. She has always been there to support us after the close and move-in as well. She is prompt has great attention to detail knows the market and area and has great advice when touring. I can't say enough how much they have helped us with this search & purchase which took about a year! I would and do highly recommend them to anyone currently thinking about purchasing or selling their home in.

She helped us through a very difficult period and facilitated the sale of our brother’s property in CA so we could go home to MN. All went very smoothly under her direction And she communicated with us frequently during the process.

It could be a local agency, instead of a global one, would have been better and known the local housing and market. I found my agent hard to work with and was not happy with her.

Her careful listening to my needs attention to details I would have easily missed and willingness to go out of her way (usual job responsibility) to help has impressed me and indeed helped me greatly.
